Rates include weekly maid service, pool cleaning
and garden maintenance. Weekly rental rates
include all utilities except phone calls. Tenants
renting by the month will be expected to pay
separately for electricity, phone and cable TV.
Airport pick-up, vehicle rental and welcome pack
can be provided by arrangement.
Firm bookings reserved for 7 days with 50% deposit. Half refunded if cancelled more than 60 days before rental start. Balance payable 30 days before rental start.
