The general layout and camera setup key for the Population sequence - number 2 in The Universe Guide entry. . A guide in pencil and pen on animation key paper for
the animation of the infinity symbol, the positioning of text, and an indication of the positioning of the row of Zeros
and the Zero blowing a raspberry.
Apart from visiting the studio to view our show reel and the first half of the Babel Fish pilot sequence this was the only time Douglas spent time with us. I can remember him striding up and down the studio trying to come up with ideas for the currency sequence as we were struggling a bit. This brainstorming produced the zeros blowing raspberries. As usual the old Sellotape has given up so the punched 35mm registration strip has long gone and there is also an angled fold on the right hand side. Under the “n” photolith is a cut-out shape and I don’t remember why that is. Overall size : 30.5 x 25.5 cm |
