A Rotring pen tracing by Rod Lord of Arthur Dent's head on clear animation cell 330 x 300 mm. This was used to contact expose in the dark room to produce a photolith with clear lines on solid black. The photolith was used with a colour lighting gel to back light under the rostrum camera.
This animation cell has lost its punched film registration strip and the surface has marks from Sellotape or masking tape etc. The Rotring ink has also been scraped or has flaked off in one or two places. I have not attempted to repair anything and will include a strip of punched film in the package just in case the winning bidder would like to add it for display purposes.
